What would happen if I cut down all the sugar in my diet (except fruits, honey)?. Do You guys own that kind of concern?, If yes then please read the good soution below this line:

Many years ago, I cut out sugar and pretty much all sweeteners completely from my diet. An amazing thing happened, after the usual first three-day withdrawal that occurs w any change. My body and body chemistry (idk exactly how to explain but I’ll try!) adjusted totally to a new continuum of tastes. Many foods and drinks that used to taste regular or blah began to taste naturally sweet! Grains, plain yogurts, foods that some don’t like began to taste really good to me. Also, over time, if I accidentally tasted something considered medium sweet to others, this food or drink to me tasted unappealingly sweet, gratingly overly sweet. So whatever has happened, it’s like your taste buds and maybe body chemistry (?) has adjusted to a new balance or continuum. It’s a relief to no longer go thru cravings and the sugar highs and lows. I think the no sugar and no other sweeteners choice has contributed to my late life health—among other things, I was able to have five-hour all natural labor at age 44 with my baby daughter. Who’s to say? I think the no sugar choice is just part of the healthy lifestyle I’ve tried to keep :)! And if you want to try it, sure, go for it! If not, no judgment; besides, every body metabolizes differently. I’m simply one voice among many.
