Dream EZ Android App Review

Dream EZ is a free app that can help people with nightmare’s and people with post-traumatic stress and nightmare’s and uses IRT (Imagery Rehearsal Therapy). In the app you can record your dream’s and you can do theraphy as Muscle Relaxation and Breathing.

It is a very good app and you can also use this app if you just want to record your dream’s when you want to keep a dream journal and/or are training on lucid dreaming.
