Does Indonesia see Malaysia as a greater threat than Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, Australia or Papua New Guinea? Why?. Do You mate has that kind of problem?, If yes then plz get the good feedback below:

Yes, no question.

Its worth pointing out that the last country Indonesia went to war with was Malaysia, and vice versa, in the Indonesia–Malaysia confrontation of 1963 – 1966. And the underlying reason (oil) still exists.

Here is a handy little map showing where the Indonesian airforce bases are:

None in the east at all (Indonesia is the yellow bit, notice that it extends to the very right of the map). They are basically a ring around Borneo, which is where Indonesia and Malaysia fought in 63–66. I can’t find a map of their naval bases, but they are similarly located,

None at all anywhere near Australia or PNG (as a practical matter, Australia guarantees PNG borders, so it can be considered part of Australia for this exercise).

If Indonesia didn’t consider its most likely adversary to be Malaysia, why are all their airforce bases located in a ring around Sarawak (Malaysian Borneo), and none anywhere else?
